Br. Okello Solomon Bill, a humble and devoted 28-year-old young man from Lira District in northern Uganda, has faithfully responded to God’s call to religious life. He is the first-born child, out of the four children. He is a member of the Association of the Sons of St. Pius of Pietrelcina, inspired by the holy life of Saint Padre Pio—whose deep faith, humility, and service to the Church have touched countless hearts. Br. Solomon’s love for reading, music, and traveling reflects his desire to grow in knowledge and share God’s love with others. Coming from a poor family background, his journey has not been easy, but his commitment to becoming a Franciscan missionary priest remains strong and unwavering.
Br. Solomon has been joyfully accepted to begin his theological studies at Tangaza University in Nairobi, Kenya, starting in August 2025. This four-year program is a vital part of his preparation for priestly ministry, where he will study sacred scripture, theology, Church history, and pastoral care. However, the Association of the Sons of St. Pius of Pietrelcina is currently facing serious financial difficulties and is unable to cover the full cost of his education.. Without your kind support, Br. Solomon may not be able to start or complete this important formation.
We humbly appeal to you, dear friends in Christ, to support Br. Okello Solomon Bill in answering God’s call. Your generous contribution will directly provide for his tuition and accommodation, enabling him to focus fully on his spiritual and academic growth. By supporting Br. Solomon, you are not only helping form a future priest, but also planting a seed of love that will grow to bless many souls—especially the poor, the sick, the young, and the forgotten. May the Lord bless and reward your generosity, as you help build His Kingdom through the life of this dedicated young man. Please keep Br. Solomon in your prayers, and may the peace of Christ be with you always.
