• Organize monthly program reports

• Prepare financial reports and initiate payments

• Present reports and statements to CARITAS President for review

• Communicate effectively with fellow team members and donors

• Develop and improve methods of organizing financial reports using available programs

• Maintain running records of payments, donors, and beneficiaries as needed
