Vivian's family is among the families that are affected by African HIV/AIDS epidemic and they need regular treatment which consumes all the money the mother is receiving when she works in neighbor's gardens as the father has abandoned them. It is unfortunate that Vivian and her twin brother are also affected and have tested positively. Irrespective of the virus, Vivian has her ambitions which she can reach if she continues with her regular treatment/medicine and also obtains an education. Vivian would like to become a teacher and she is seeking support from Caritas.
