Vincent lives with both parents who are unemployed, but they practice peasant farming on their small piece of land to get food for the children. They also have some money left for other basic needs but much as they see that children should be educated, they simply cannot afford to send them to school.

Vincent’s parents never got the chance to go to school when they were young, and they also couldn’t afford to rent or buy a house for their family. Luckily a person they knew gave them a little house to live in, but the house was in poor condition. Since they had no other place to go, they patched the holes and moved their family there, and they also tend the gardens belonging to the owner.

Despite their difficult circumstances, Vincent’s parents really want him to get an education, and hope that if he does he will have a chance to fulfill his dream of becoming a doctor one day.

 Vicent has been under the assistance of CARITAS for children till recently when the sponsor withdrew their sponsorship. He really need immediate assistance such that he can get back to soon soon
