Timothy's father passed away after a short illness, and the family could not afford a postmortem due to financial constraints. Now, Timothy and his four siblings live with their mother, who struggles to provide for their basic needs, including food.

The mother cultivates a small piece of land and raises some chickens and pigs. However, the harvest from the garden is consumed by the family, leaving no funds for school fees. To make ends meet, she weaves papyrus mats and sells them, earning just enough to buy a few essentials and pay some of the children's school fees.

Timothy attends school but his attendance is irregular due to his mother's inability to consistently meet the school's financial demands. He needs assistance to continue his education regularly and achieve his dream of becoming a doctor.
