Simon Peter lives with his parents and four sisters. His parents are peasant farmers who work hard to provide for their family, but the small piece of land they farm produces only enough food to meet their basic needs. Neither of his parents had the opportunity to attend school, and they are committed to giving their children the education they were never able to receive.

Several of Simon Peter's sisters have been blessed with sponsorships that allowed them to attend school, although one lost her sponsor before completing her education. Simon Peter has never had a sponsor and is currently unable to attend school because his family cannot afford the costs.

Simon Peter is eager to begin his education and make the most of every opportunity to learn. With the support of a sponsor, he would be able to attend school and work toward building a brighter future.
