Joweria recently lost her sponsor, and badly needs a new one so that she can attend school.

Joweria’s father was a timber cutter, but he was afflicted with a heart disease that brought many challenges to his family as they sought to get him the proper care. The family tried very hard to get him treatments to save his life but sadly he passed away in 2019.

Joweria’s mother had sold all their belongings and property to pay the hospital bills, and they have struggled to get back on their feet financially. All the children have had to drop out of school, and their mother has developed health problems of her own, leaving her unable to work much.

It is a struggle for them to earn enough to feed and clothe the family, so Joweria desperately needs sponsorship to attend school and receive regular meals there. She is a good girl who enjoys studying biology, and hopes to become a secondary school teacher when she grows up.
