Hilaris has been sponsored through CARITAS since 2018. After losing her sponsor in September 2026, Hilaris is once again in need of continued support.

We want to help ensure that she can remain at the Carmelite orphanage and continue receiving the education, food, shelter, care, and stability she needs.

Hilaris Esmeralda is a very affectionate, friendly, and intelligent young woman. The sisters describe her as respectful and dedicated to her studies, and she continues to take full advantage of the opportunities she has been given.

We would love for Hilaris to continue living with the Carmelites because she comes from a very difficult family situation. Her father is unknown, and her mother struggled with drug addiction from a young age. Her grandfather brought her to the orphanage many years ago because he knew that she needed a healthy and safe environment in which to grow.

Hilaris is now in need of one sponsor at $90 USD per month to help provide for her continued care, education, and daily needs at the Carmelite orphanage.
