In addition to the necessary costs for day-school education, children sponsored in this program come to the Mother Kevin CARITAS Center in Nkokonjeru, Uganda each day to receive many things that normally would be impossible for them to receive. By giving these children a chance, it gives them the ability to sustain themselves, become educated and the overall goal: an independent, contributing member of society.

Stella Maris CARITAS Program
Orphaned children and those with no place to live demand a higher level of services than others. Stella Maris is a comprehensive progam that provides a 24 hour 7 day a week care for children with no home to go to. As a Primary and Secondary Private Boarding school for girls, all the possible needs - personal and spiritual - are taken care of, including:- Annual Tuition
- ALL personal and incidental expenses
- Transportation
- Medical services
- All clothing expenses

The Stella Maris CARITAS program is $1000 a year per child, paid either annually or semi-annually.
